A Milan man had serious injuries in a single vehicle accident Friday morning in Sullivan County. State Troopers report 39-year-old Luis Gama-Tovar was flown to Methodist Medical Center in DesMoines for treatment following the accident on Highway E, southeast of Harris. According to the report, Gama-Tovar blew a tire on the cement truck he was driving and ran off the road and the truck overturned. He was wearing a safety belt.
