Livingston County Sheriff’s Report For Early November

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report includes several investigations and arrests in the past 10 days.

Incident Reports:

November 02 the LCSO began a burglary and theft investigation at a building in Dawn. Evidence showed forced entry into the building and theft of at least electronic equipment.  The investigation continues

November 3rd, deputies and state troopers responded to a location in the southern part of Livingston County on a report of a Domestic Assault.  An intoxicated man allegedly threatened to shoot law enforcement if they arrived. The officers found the male had left on an ATV prior to their arrival and investigation continues.

November 04 the deputies completed a property damage investigation by interviewing and then processing a woman involved in the crime.  She was cited and given a court date.  A male suspect refused to appear for an interview; a warrant has been requested.

 

Most Wanted Updates:

November 4th, 54-year-old Robert L. Winsor Jr. was arrested in Cole County by the Highway Patrol in Cole County.  The arrest was on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on a charge of Non-Support. He will be extradited.

November 4th, 25-year-old Theodore R. Dreager was arrested by Saline County authorities on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on original charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. He is held at Chariton county Jail on a Carroll County Charge.

Arrests:

October 31st, a deputy stopped an out-of-state driver for 85 in a 65 near Mooresville junction.  They arrested 30-year-old Brett Michael Cooley of Wilkesbarre, PA for the alleged speeding and driving while suspended or revoked. Cooley was processed and released.

November 2nd, 39-year-old Julie Lynn Massey of Chillicothe was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged 3 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance. Massey was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with bond set at $7,500.

November 6th, deputies extradited 34-year-old Christina Dawn Osbon from the Linn County Sheriff on two Livingston County warrants for alleged Operating Motor Vehicle without a Valid License, Stealing and Trespassing.  She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
