State Troopers report two arrests in the local counties Wednesday.
At about 2:25 pm, State Troopers in Livingston county arrested 68 year old Paul Ficken of Chillicothe for alleged failing to drive on the right side of the road – causing an immediate threat of an accident and DWI. Ficken was taken to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, processed and released.
In Carroll County, at about 4:10 pm, Troopers arrested 45 year old Erick Johnson of Overland Park, KS for alleged DWI and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail.
