The City of Chillicothe has approved a contract to continue using Conrad and Higgins as their third party auditing firm. City Auditor Teresa Kelly says since she is leaving the position, she felt it was important to continue with Conrad and Higgins.
The City Council approved the contract for one year at $30,000, which include $15,000 paid by CMU and by the City.
