An accident Saturday evening in Chillicothe left one of the driver with minor injuries. At about 8:25pm, Officers responded to the intersection of Washington and 3rd Street for a two vehicle accident. The report states Jeremy Walton was stopped in traffic on Washington Street before the 3rd Street intersection when his vehicle was impacted in the rear by Israel Alsbury. Walton complained of neck pain but refused treatment and transport from EMS. Alsbury was cited for alleged followed too closely and for no proof of insurance.
