Two arrests and several investigations are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Wednesday.
2:00 am, Officer assisted a motorist near the South Junction. The vehicle was back on their way.
11:40 am, Parking complaint in the area of Third and Wise Streets. Advised the owner to move the vehicle or it will be towed.
7:15 pm, Officer arrested Louis Terrell after he turned himself in at the police department on a Livingston County warrant. Terrell was processed and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
7:25 pm, officers took a report of suspicious activity at a business in the 800 block of West Business 36 Highway. A vehicle was located but was unoccupied.
7:45 pm, Officers checked a reported suspicious activity consisting of several people following someone around inside a business and then one of the people continuing to follow them when they left. officers could not locate the suspicious activity
9:00 pm, Sheniqua Helm was arrested at the police department after she turned herself in on a Clinton County warrant. Helm was processed and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
