Chillicothe Mayor Teresa Kelly made several recommendations for City Boards.
For the Board of Adjustments and Planning and Zoning Commission, Mayor Kelly recommended Kimberly Ritter.
That recommendation was approved.
For the Railroad Board, there are two openings. Mayor Kelly made the recommendation to appoint David May to one of the openings.
That appointment was also approved.
