A Chillicothe man had minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday evening. The accident happened on west third street, a mile west of the Chillicothe City limits at about 7:15 pm. According to the report from the Highway Patrol, 30-year-old John O’Malley was southbound on LIV-233 and ran off the road and struck an embankment. O’Malley was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. His pick-up had extensive damage. He was wearing a safety belt.
