Trenton Police Department made two felony arrests earlier this week, thanks to communication and cooperation with a local business. Trenton Police were called to a pharmacy on East 9th Street Tuesday on a report of two suspects attempting to purchase a fraudulent prescription. The officers arrived and arrested 25-year-old Pierre Celestin and 42-year-old George Almond for alleged Fraudulently Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance. Celestine was also arrested for alleged possession of marijuana.
The information obtained through the investigation will be shared statewide for possible related incidents.
