A teaching aid at the Chillicothe Middle School has tested positive for COVID-19. Chillicothe Superintendent Dan Wiebers says staff and the Livingston County Health Center have contacted individuals that may have come in contact with the teaching aid. Those people have been advised of the requirement to quarantine until September 14th.
Students who are under quarantine will transition to distance learning until they are cleared to return.
Wiebers says, if your child becomes symptomatic for COVID-19, you should contact your healthcare provider.
The Middle School will remain open to those not under quarantine.
