Trenton City Council To Consider Mask Ordinance In Special Session

The Trenton City Council will meet in Special Session Monday.  The meeting will start at 7:30 pm at City Hall.  While this is an open meeting, the public will not be allowed to attend in person.  They may watch the meeting via ZOOM.

Items on the agenda include:

An ordinance “establishing a requirement for face coverings to control and reduce the spread of COVID-19.”  The ordinance includes a definition of a mask, who must wear a mask, who may be exempt and when or where, employer and business responsibilities and enforcement.

An ordinance to place on the April Ballot, imposing a USE Tax for the general revenue.  The USE TAX would be set at 2.625% and would be for purchases made outside the state of Missouri.

Also on the agenda are river jetty bids and transformer bids
