State Troopers report three arrests for the area counties.
Saturday, Troopers in Daviess County arrested 42-year-old Phillip Cunningham of Junction City Kansas at about 8:20 am for alleged DWI – aggravated offender and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Sunday at about 11:00 am in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 27-year-old Jeffery Butler of Lee’s Summit for alleged speeding and on a St. Joseph warrant for alleged failure to appear on an animal neglect charge. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Sunday at about 10:00 pm in Dekalb County, Troopers arrested 17-year-old Breauna Botts of Cameron for alleged distribution of marijuana, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI, speeding, and Careless and Imprudent Driving. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
