State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties Friday.
In Dekalb County at about 12:45 am, Troopers arrested 58-year-old Lori Phipps of DesMoines, IA for alleged DWI with drugs, no valid license, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
In Linn County:
At about 7:45 pm, Troopers arrested 41-year-old Christopher Miller of Jacksonville, MO for alleged possession of methamphetamine, DWI with drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Macon County Jail.
At 8:20 pm, 40-year-old Ferrallilicia Black of Brookfield was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine, possession of diazepam, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held at the Macon County Jail.
