Recording Artis and recent inductee in the Grand Ol’ Opry, Rhonda Vincent will be in Chillicothe April 17th. Chillicothe Area Arts Council Director Mary Lou VanDeventer says this will be a “Meet & Greet Listening Party with Rhonda Vincent.”
Vandeventer says they will start with one show.
