A concert featuring two of Chillicothe’s most loved Pianists will be August 1st at 3:00 pm at the Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center. Chillicothe Area Arts Council Executive Director Mary Lou Vandeventer says Betty Preston-Steele and Jamie Pauls will perform together for the first time, but they have a long history together. Vandeventer says Jamie was a student of Betty’s in elementary school.
She says that while they were student and teacher, they have never performed together.
Vandeventer talks about the program that is planned.
The tickets for this event are $15 for adults, $5 for students, and Arts Council Members will be admitted with their season pass. To preorder tickets, call the Arts Council office at 646-1173.
