Two Carrollton residents were arrested by State Troopers.
At about 6:35 pm Friday in Caldwell County, 38-year-old Jami B Barton of Carrollton was arrested for alleged Tampering with a motor vehicle, no valid plates, and no seatbelt. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
At about 1:55 am Saturday in Carroll County, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Cameron L Cowherd of Carrollton for alleged DWI and failing to maintain the right half of the roadway. The was processed and released.
