An arrest in Livingston County is in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol. State Troopers arrested 41-year-old Norman J Caselman of Hale for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Livingston County warrant for alleged violation of a protection order. Caselman was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
