The Chillicothe Lady Hornets Basketball team had a spectacular season last year with a 17-8 record, in spite of losing four of their last five games due to team illness.
Coach Darren Smith says it’s nice to have almost the entire team returning this season.
Chillicothe graduated just one Senior from last years squad, post player Brooke Horton, who was second in rebounding and fifth in scoring on the team.
Chillicothe will have an inter-squad scrimmage on the 15th and a three-team jamboree on the 18th. Both are open to the public.
