23-year old Dominic Deon Hartman was arrested Tuesday by Hamilton Police for alleged 1st Degree Property Damage. Bond was originally set at $10,000 Cash only, but he is now held with bond allowed.
61-year old Donna Leah Collins of Chillicothe was arrested Tuesday by Hamilton Police on a warrant for alleged Failure To Obey A Judges Orders for alleged possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. Bond is set at $10,000
36-year old Abby Louise Cooley was arrested Sunday on a Parole warrant. Â She is held without bond.
