Chillicothe Police Report For The Weekend

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 64 calls for service Sunday and 70 Calls for service Saturday.  Some of the Calls include:

Sunday:

4:38 AM, Officers observed an individual inside a closed business in the 1100 block of Walnut. While awaiting backup, the individual got into the vehicle parked outside the business and traveled southbound on Walnut. Officers initiated an investigative stop and located two individuals with active warrants. Only one subject had an extraditable warrant and was arrested, processed, and transported to Davies DeKalb Regional Jail.

 

4:48 PM, Officers received a complaint of a C&I driver at Simpson Park.  The vehicle was located and driver received citations.

Saturday:

12:46 AM, Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Polk and Washington Street.  All occupants declined medical treatment. One citation was issued for failing to yield at an intersection and no insurance.

11:09 AM, Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Washington Street.  Everything was found to be ok.

11:07 PM, Officers responded to the 1600 block of Burnam Road for a check wellbeing of a subject.  The person was not needing any assistance.  While at that address Officers did arrest a man for a Livingston County warrant.  He was held at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.
