Bond Hearings for 28-year-old Zachary Douglas of Utica, scheduled for April 21st, were rescheduled by the court to April 28th. Douglas faces charges of alleged:
1 count of sexual Misconduct involving a Child Under 15
4 counts of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor
And 1 count of Sexual Misconduct
In that case, he was scheduled for a bond appearance on the 21st, due to a change of representation, the court approved the change to April 28.
On the 28th, Douglas will also appear for a bond hearing on charges of alleged:
4 counts of Sexual Abuse
2 counts of Statutory Sodomy
4 counts of Sexual Contact with a Student
1 count of Sexual Misconduct
And 1 count of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor.
Douglas remains in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
