The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 116 calls for service Wednesday. Some of the calls include:
1:26 am, Report of a C & I Semi eastbound on US 36 near Caldwell Co. line. Officer made contact with the driver on US 36 at Mitchell Rd. The vehicle was having mechanical issues.
9:45 am, Officers responded to the Probation/Parole office to make an arrest on violation of conditions. The 37-year-old was processed and taken to the Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
3:03 pm, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of N. Washington Street. As a result of the stop and search of the vehicle, the 41-year-old driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, processed taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
4:04 pm, An officer made contact with a victim of burglary at a storage facility to take a report. Information was taken and a suspect was identified. Investigation continuing.
