Four Arrested By Missouri Highway Patrol

Four arrests in the area counties are reported by State Troopers on Tuesday.

A Salisbury man, 37-year-old Christopher C Clark was arrested at about 8:00 pm in Monroe County for alleged failure to stop, resting or interfering with an arrest, peace disturbance, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.  He was held at the Monroe County Jail.

At about 10:50 in Linn County, Troopers arrested 47-year-old Laticia M Briseno of Kansas City on a Kansas Warrant for alleged aggravated battery, Clay County warrants for alleged driving while revoked, invalid plates, and no insurance.  She was taken to the Macon County Jail.

In Linn County at about 11:10 pm, 32-year-old Justin A Herman of Lee’s Summit was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana.  He was processed and released.

In Caldwell County at about 10:00 pm, Troopers arrested 37-year-old Gary A Durham of Kansas City for alleged DWI and Careless and imprudent driving involving an accident.  He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
