Trenton Council Meeting Actions

The Trenton City Council meeting Monday included a couple of ordinances.

The Council approved the Conflict Of Interest policy.  This is done on an annual basis for all council members and elected officials.

The Trenton CVB requested increasing the number of board members from 7 to 9 to make it more likely they would have a quorum.  The request was rejected.

The council approved a change in the phone system.  The change will save the city about $160 a month.

The council also approved a resolution to apply for ARPA funds from the DNR for water and wastewater projects.

The council agreed to purchase additional asphalt rock as the asphalt plant sales are up and the inventory was low.
