A woman had serious injuries and three children had moderate injuries in a single vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Sullivan County. State Troopers report 32-year-old Chelcee Billups of Green Castle was taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment following the crash at about 3:05 pm on Missouri 129, south of Winigan, According to the report, Billups was southbound and ran off the road, struck a fence and her car overturned.
Three children in the vehicle, a 10-year-old girl, a 6-year-old girl, and a 3-year-old boy each had moderate injuries and were taken to Northeast Regional Medical Center.
All four were wearing safety belts.
