A 12-year-old Trenton boy was injured when the vehicle he was riding in struck a deer Sunday evening in Benton County. State Troopers report that 66-year-old Kenneth L Hall of St Joseph was southbound on Highway 7 in Benton County when he struck a deer. Hall was not injured, but his passenger, the 12-year-old boy, had minor injuries and was taken to Golden Valley Hospital for treatment.
