The Braymer man accused in the death of two Wisconsin men will appear in Western District of Missouri Federal Court starting Monday, October 3rd. Garland Joseph Nelson will appear for a trial on Federal Charges of alleged fraud and unlawful transportation of a firearm. The trial is expected to take several days.
