While many steps towards the construction of the Roy Blunt Reservoir are complete, North Central Missouri Water Commission General Manager Brad Scott says there a still a few KEY steps to complete, including a permit.
Scott says they are also working on aspects of the dam and spillway.
He says they are making good progress on construction access and utility relocation for the project.
