The Chillicothe R-II School District has spent more than three million dollars so far this year, but Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the CES Expansion Project is a large part of the district’s budget.
Dr Wiebers says the district’s financial report reflects those expenditures.
He says that money had been placed in the reserves as it was collected.
