State Troopers arrested a Carrollton woman Thursday at about 6:35 pm in Livingston County. Thirty-two year old Ashley McMaster of Carrollton was arrested for alleged speeding – 75 in a 60 zone, driving left of the center line while approaching a hill – view obstructed, and DWI with alcohol with a person under 17 years old in the vehicle. McMaster was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
