The Trenton City Council will hold a Tax Rate Hearing and consider three ordinances and a resolution as part of the meeting Monday. The Trenton Council members meet at 7:00 pm at City Hall.
The ordinances include:
Setting the tax rate for personal property and real estate
An agreement for the removal and disposal of the Lime Sludge from the Wastewater Facility.
A contract for tree trimming around power lines
And a resolution supporting an application by MDL Development Company, for Missouri Housing Development Funding for a Senior Housing Development
New business includes:
- Discussion of social district
- Discussion of portable restrooms agreement
- Review/Approval of Preliminary Engineering Report for water treatment plant
