The Chillicothe City Council normally meets on the last second and last Monday of each month. December 26th is the last Monday of December, but because that is the day Chillicothe City offices have off for Christmas, the meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 27th. The agenda for that meeting is expected to be released Thursday.
