The new principal for Chillicothe Elementary School is Megan Hardie.  The contract was offered during Tuesday’s Executive session.  Hardie will begin in her new position at the start of the new school year. Chillicothe R-II Kindergarten Screening Rescheduled To August

The Chillicothe R-II School District’s Kindergarten Screening was postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis.  Chillicothe Elementary School Principal Dr Jill Watkins says the screenings are scheduled for August 10th to the 13th. New Firefighter for Chillicothe

The City of Chillicothe has a new full time Fire Fighter/EMT. The Chillicothe City Council, in their executive session, approved hiring Brett Stephens to serve the city full time beginning Tuesday. Stephens has been servicing as a Pay-By-Call Fire Fighter for Chillicothe and will soon begin training in the Paramedic classes.
