City Enters Into Three Year HVAC Maintenance Agreement

Shaffer Park Lease For Mudcats Approved
The annual lease of Shaffer Park to Grand River Entertainment for the Chillicothe Mudcats was approved by the City Council. City Administrator Roze Frampton explained changes from last year. Includes planned field improvements and facility maintenance. The lease includes everything within the baseball complex.
Second Annual Hymn Sing & Praise
