Demolition of the old Chillicothe Steam Plant apparently will begin in the next couple of days. School Board Approves Demo Bids

The Chillicothe School Board approved a local bid to demolish three buildings. The three residential structures are located on Bryan Street. The property will be cleared and in the future will become a parking lot, after the site settles following the demolition. School Board Members approved the lowest bid of $23,400, submitted by Perkins Dozing, a local company.

Finance Resolution For City’s Demo Grant Application Approved
