Puckett Appointed Prosecuting Attorney

Grundy County has a new Prosecuting Attorney.  Governor Parson on Friday appointed Kelly W Puckett to fill the position. Puckett has served as the interim prosecuting attorney for Grundy County since January 2019.   Puckett holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Missouri Western State University and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law.

MoDOT – Resurfacing & Sidewalk Project

Work on Highway 6 from Interstate 35 in Daviess County to Muddy Creek Bridge, east of Trenton will begin late next week. The project is to resurface, improve shoulders, and rehabilitate sidewalks. Troopers Report Arrests In Livingston & Grundy Counties

State Troopers report three additional arrests over the weekend.
