Three arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the area counties. Friday at about 7:55 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 30-year-old Ladale Taylor of Oklahoma City for alleged possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, and speeding.  He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
