Livingston County Jail Booking
One booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center was reported for Livingston County on Friday. Deputies booked 28-year-old Charles James Michael Tipton for alleged tampering or attempting to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution. He is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only. Tipton was already on bond for alleged Domestic Assault.
